Two onsite interviews at local facility where the position was located. Entire staff involved. Professional atmosphere. Great communication throughout the process.
Off site interview with higher management team. Interview went well until question of compensation and follow up on salary history. Odd questions for this point in the process. I answered the same as u had before. . Entire mood of interview changed. Rush to lunch break. Afternoon interview with VP replaced with other staff who were not prepared. No explanation, not even a walk by and wave from the window.
Hurried out the door. Made for a long 16 hour day with travel.
