I applied through our career center website at school and was recruited and selected to interview. The interview was with two people over the phone, but it was originally a face to face interview. They were nice, but be prepared for behavioral questions.

Applied through my college and then received interview. The interview itself was with two people and in a rotation style. One was very straightforward and difficult questions. The other interviewer had a more casual style.
