Only HR-screening, our stacks didn't match so there were no reason to move forward.
Mikhail (Senior Technical Recruiter at the time) was very strict, honest and straight forward about the opened position at first. However after some technical discussion we switched to more casual-alike conversation. We briefly spoke about the current state of Python frameworks in market, trends and my expertise/tech hobbies.
