TuSimple interview questions

OA, 1st phone interview, 2nd phone interview The HR was very quick after each round which I appreciate a lot. The interviewer during one of the phone interviews was helpful and kind. During the other phone interview, the interviewer was 15 mins late with no explanation but it ended in the original end time - so I had only 45 mins. Anyways I solved the question, but I was asked to improve it. I was stuck and I asked for help, but he didn't listen to my thoughts at all. I had a feeling that it's either I came up with the solution myself, or I'm screwed. I could even hear typing and mouse clicking on his side. I was expecting 15 minutes more thinking time when he said the interviewer was over and ask me to wait for HR response, then left me no time to respond before he hung up. If you sincerely want to hire, please ask your interviewers to show some basic level of respect for the candidates so that when they're given an offer they are not prone to turn down the offer. If you don't want to hire, just reject us in the first place, no need to frustrate the candidates and waste time for both ends. My advice: either you've done a ton of leetcodes or you're an ACM winner, AND you have no feelings, don't bother. You won't be happy working with such colleagues even if you join.
