I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Turing (Mumbai) in Jan 2025
Interview
As a candidate, the Turing interview process can be both challenging and rewarding. Here’s my experiences:
Pros
✅ Good Platform for Remote Jobs – Turing connects engineers with global companies, often offering competitive salaries.
✅ Automated & Fair Process – The tests are skill-based, reducing bias.
✅ Flexibility – You can complete the assessments at your own pace.
✅ Global Exposure – Opportunity to work with international teams on real-world projects.
Cons
❌ High Competition – Many candidates apply, making it tough to stand out.
❌ Strict Screening – The screening is very strict.
The process began with an online assessment that involved analyzing data provided in an Excel sheet and answering related questions. The assessment also included a few behavioral questions, and I was selected for the next round.
I applied online. I interviewed at Turing (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Online assessment focused on SxS AI response comparisons. Not the most challenging assessment, with unclear and often misleading instructions. This is then followed by an interview, assuming you pass the skills assessment.
Interview questions [1]
