I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Turing
Interview
I was selected for the interview by the client. I have performed well and solved DSA problems but didn't get any feedback from the client or turning matcher. There is a gap between candidate and matcher communications.
I was asked to create an account on the website and finish some online programming tests. Those tests usually last between 50 to 3h20min each(!), and to apply for the position I needed to finish 5 of them. 8 working hours according to the maximum time limit.
The process is just terrible, questions are not precise, but only one answer can be chosen. They are far away from what will be required in real life from the developers.
Total lack of respect for candidates' time.
