I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Turner Construction (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Mostly if not all behavioral. There were 2 virtual interviews with recruiters from 2 different locations. Very enthusiastic about my interest in the company and vice versa. Interviewing process took about 2-4 weeks before receiving a call with an offer.
Interviews with Turner Construction felt more like conversations. Their approach is very personal. Speaking with them at recruiting events was always enjoyable, and working with them was genuinely rewarding with many opportunities for growth.

Interview
Two stages. The first was in person with a recruiter, and the second was an online 30 to hour-long interview. The whole process took roughly four months (extremely long). I was told the final decision late December.
I interviewed at Turner Construction (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Met at career fair, three interviews after, all fairly similar. Interviewed with full-timers in similar roles (other engineers) who were very personable and nice people. A lot of younger people. HR is quick to respond to emails regarding status.
