I initially received a phone call from a recruiter and we had a nice conversation about what Turo has to offer. Afterwords, I received a phone call from the Claims Supervisor who laid out the requirements for the job and asked me some standard questions you would here when applying for a customer focused position. After our pleasant conversation I was sent a few case studies to do before the official interview was set up. They were set up as response emails to customers, and I would recommend thoroughly reviewing Turo's terms of service as a guide.
After I submitted my case studies, I was set up for my in person interview. Two hours of interviews felt daunting at first, but the staff at Turo were extremely friendly and easy to speak with. it was definitely interesting hearing from members of each department to get a better understanding of the company and their overall mission statement. I would recommend having a long list of questions prepared, as you will be meeting with four different interviewers. Overall it was a surprisingly pleasant and informative experience.
