      Operations Analyst Interview

      Apr 19, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Turo (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2023

      Interview

Phone call with HR, quick call with manager, take home assignment then a long interview with multiple people (not all at once), around 2 hours. HR was lovely and personable. Helpful with questions. But you're in it for the long haul- pretty tedious process. Feedback was positive, and honestly, based on the conversations and time it took for them to get back with a decision, it was extremely disappointing to not get the role. From application, the process took nearly 4-5 months which wasn't a great experience.
