I was invited to a Turo interview, and initially was a bit put off as the email I received inviting me had [insert time here] gaps and had not been proof read. This was quickly remedied though, and so I had my interview with them.
It was 30 minutes, and covered all the usual basis of experience and why Turo. The interviewer was friendly enough but we didn't manage to build any rapport as it felt like they were slightly disinterested and were following quite a strict list of questions.
I received a rejection email the following week, from a noreply email address and with no feedback. This feels quite rude, as it's customary for the candidate to reply and at least say thanks, and let's keep in touch.
Overall it was a fine process and Turo seem like a nice company, however I think they should look at how to make their hiring process more human and personal.
