2. Get a phone call to set up 1 on 1 interview, not more than 10 minutes call.
3. Be interviewed (30 min or more if they have the time and you are chatty) and wait for them to call you. Manager interviews you. She was really nice.

They had high security which I thought was great. The interview was in depth and I had a great understanding of the job and environment I was applying for. They asked me many questions about my past experience and how I would handle real experiences.

Interview went good, they are short handed and need teachers as soon as possible. I am looking forward to hearing back from them if I am offered the position. I am currently curious about compensation - my 5 month old daughter will be attending as well and I am hoping I will be able to make a decent profit working and paying for childcare.
