Tutor Time Child Care Learning Center Teacher interview questions

I had originally gotten a call from the director who was supposedly leaving. I informed her I had other Interviews. She begged me not to take a position with any other centers before interviewing with this center, which was a red flag(due to high turn overs) but regardless I still wanted to check it out as I was a former lead teacher and employee of LCG. Upon arriving to my interview I was greeted by same person I spoke with over the phone. I even called to see if I could come in a few days sooner than originally scheduled due to the fact I was ready and willing to start work promptly. I started to discuss compensation after a while and she essentially wrote me off because I only had a year of experience and never really gave me an actual answer. She told me I would get sent an offer letter. Before leaving I was given a brief tour of the facility, not even a whole tour. I told her I was open to being a closer as well .She then asked me again to wait before I accepted a position with anyone so she could send me an offer letter. I promptly returned to my vehicle and called the center I interviewed with before hand and accepted the position I was offered on the spot. Also to add this centers vibe was just off. It was dark, dingy, and smelled weird. I wouldn't of felt comfortable bringing my nonverbal 2 year old to this center. I also felt they wouldn’t of been at all accommodating towards my home life and needing to be out by 5. I will never put myself in a situation again in a center where they suck the soul out of me and LCG seems to be good at that. Never again will I work for LCG.
