Well organized, not too many rounds. Quickly moved through the process and clear communication was relayed back to me through out. Nice friendly panel also and great feedback provided. Was happy to accept

Question 1
How do I manage stress in my role and how do I manage teams what do I do when someone isn’t performing
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Twilio in Oct 2023
Interview
The good: Recruiting team was friendly and professional. The bad: An unnecessarily long and drawn out process. I invested a lot of time in this interview, studying up on the STAR method. As one reviewer said, it could have been much more streamlined and not having to talk to different employees on individual Zoom calls. The ugly: Very picky hiring team that really didn't seem to know what it was looking for. They didn't wind up hiring anyone from their current pool of candidates.

Question 1
Irrelevant behavioral questions, not really specific to the job. Why do some companies even do this anymore? They use the STAR method. Tell us why you're interested in Twilio?
I applied online. I interviewed at Twilio (London, England)
Interview
Extremely long process with 7 separate interviews, it was totally unnecessary to meet with so many people individually. I enjoyed meeting a mix of team members so you could get a sense of the culture, but for the other interviewees who didn't receive an offer, it would have been a huge time investment for them.
