      Business Process Analyst Interview

      Apr 18, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2019

      Interview

After I had a great first call with the recruiter, my next phone screen was rescheduled with enough notice. The next scheduled call, the interviewer never called me. When I let the scheduling assistant know, they claimed I wasn't able to get in touch with the interviewer and rescheduled twice more. When I finally got to the phone screen, I got the sense the interviewer thought it wasn't a good fit, but it feels like this could have been established earlier before I spent a month trying to schedule the next call.
