The recruiter was equally impressive — communicative, organized, and great at keeping me informed every step of the way, which made the process feel seamless and stress-free. The one area I'd suggest improving is the job description. While it gave a general overview of the role, it could have benefited from more specific details about day-to-day responsibilities, required skills, and team structure. A more descriptive posting would help candidates come better prepared and ensure a stronger match from the start.

Bad: 5 steps is TOO effin LONG, I don't care what people say. I'm not going to be CEO, it's just an average job. This is not specific to Twilio per se, it's an annoying practice a lot of companies have. The amount of time and energy request to candidates is just disproportioned. The panel itself was fine, the product is technical, but they didn't want an overly technical presentation. Still, you need to put in hours to prepare.
