Interview
Recruiter called and sent an assessment test regarding support questions. They expected you to go through their Flex product documentation to answer the questions.
After the test hiring manager interviewed and scheduled a technical interview via Zoom.
The interviewer didn't show up so emailed the recruiter. I got a reply that the position has been filled and they are not proceeding with the interviews for rest of the candidates.
Very unprofessional.
Such a waste of time. I also regret wasting time going through their product documentation on the assessment test.
They should not waste candidates time if they don't want give them fair chance of going through the entire process.
