I applied online in early December. Late December I received an email progressing me to the next round. I was given a take-home test with possible queries a technical support intern could receive, and write using online resources. Mid January I was asked to interview. I had two 45 min interviews, an hour apart. One interviewer was from customer success, one was from technical. They both asked me about my experiences and how I would respond to different scenarios. After that I was emailed regularly to tell me they were still deciding. Two weeks later I got a call with an offer.
