I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Twilio (North Twenty Four Parganas) in Mar 2021
Interview
First was a hacker rank test. After that an HR reached out soon and scheduled an online interview . He asked some Behavioral questions. this was followed by virtual (zoom) on coding, design , bar raiser and hiring manager round.
You have to give equal importance to behavioral and technical round. It would be of help if you prepare in advance for some questions like challenges , conflict based on STAR method. Techncial and System design round was on Hacker rank code pair. All these rounds were taken by interviewers from US. These rounds were very good and interesting . The hiring team in India needs to improve. They did not reached out to me on email . FInally I got a phone call after 48 hours to say that I was rejected. The process took a week .
The hiring team to till has not bothered to sent an email with feedback despite asking explicitly for a feedback. They never reply to your communications in email. With each four section lasting about (45 minutes) I think if company values candidates time should at least inform candidates even if its a rejection.

Interview
None of the Interview panel is interested in hiring a good team, they seem to be forced to do this except for the bar-raiser.
Requirements in the interview are not clearly explained, interviewer did not even ask for my summary, did not explain about his experience and the details regarding the round, he was quick to jump to question and answer within the first 3 mins.
With that being said, forget about the help, you are expected to fail and they seem to have made it a point to do so.

Interview
I have applied for the Senior Software Engineer (L3), Segment Infrastructure role, attended
Segment Infrastructure, Coding Challenge. if you answer all the question correctly then also don't expect any positive update from Twilio, they are running this interviews for time pass.
My personal experience is that it is complete waste of time.

Gave almost 6 rounds including 1 hacker rank and 5 zoom interviews and got rejected. I felt it was simple waste of time, don't know what they are looking for. Please don't take so many rounds if you are not sure and save everyone time
