Took nearly 2 months end to end which can mean if you are in multiple processes things can get complicated. HR screen, then initial hiring manager, then five 45 video interviews over the course of five days inc. one ‘bar raiser’. Values were definitely a feature but how much varied according to the interviewer. After that, there was a blind written test that had to be done in 45 minutes. Very extensive, thorough but generally well run process. Am looking forward to joining.

Initially met with the recruiter for 30 mins. She asked me general questions about my background and experience, and then shared more information on Twilio, the team, and the process. Then met with the hiring manager for 45 mins asking situational questions and spoke more about the role and team. Followed up with four, 45 minute loop interviews and finished with an hour long case study presentation (45 mins to present, 15 mins for Q&A).
