I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Twilio
Interview
Recruiter found me and loved my resume / background. Manager stated she was only there for five months. When describing the role, she bounced around and tried to talked about the business line the position would report into (which she didn't really understand) and talked about the role from only high level, but repeatedly stating she was not sure what this role will be or how it would work. Without any pauses, she asked the first real question was "how would you introduce yourself and your role to someone on your team"... I first confirmed the expectation of the role in my words and got a snide answer "that was not the question". Then, provided an solid answer aligning to the Twilio "Draw the Owl". Interview ended due to time shortly afterwards.

Question 1
How would you introduce yourself and your role to someone on your team?
First call with recruiter followed by a 30 min call with the hiring manager and then virtual loop consisting of 4 interviews. 2 technical and 2 mostly behavioral. Twilio magic is really important.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (Bengaluru)
Interview
Experience was very disappointing.
First, they short listed my CV and contacted me for screening call. After that, the screening call itself was rescheduled for 5 times and upon my follow ups, they indeed conducted one 5 minutes session where on TA asked me some very basic questions and they they rejected my candidature. The questions asked were so basic that it looked like its just an ice-breaking session.
I left with an impression that they conducted this round JUST FOR THE SAKE of conducting one because they initiated the communication and need to bring it to an end.
