Big disconnect between recruiter/job posting and hiring manager. When I spoke with the recruiter everything seemed aligned as the position was seemingly technical in nature. To my surprise the hiring manager was looking for someone who can "Influence" other departments to change their processes. That doesn't sound like ana anlytics manager. Beware of the dtaa and analytics organization led by process engineers. First of all, if you're seeking to work with databases, they have none. This company us still working their data through spreadsheets. Once I learned this I knew this position wasn't for me. Too informal and outdated for me.
