It's overall six rounds of interview process to ge the offer letter from Twilio.
1) HR discussion:
The candidate will get the call from the HR if your profile matches with the job requirements.And during the HR will understand about your willingness and CTC requirements to proceed further.
2) 4 rounds of interview will be having technically based on your previous experience and job descriptions.And it's basically relates to the Twilio magic values.In the four rounds one round of interview will be with Finance Director.
I really enjoyed my interview because the interviewers has expressed well about my roles and responsibilities clearly and allowed me to express myself well.
If you express your self clearly with confidence like sharing things to your friend in a true and friendly nature. Then definitely you will get selected.
3) 6th round would-be the offer discussion. once done with all the rounds of interview the HR Team will do the calibration to finalize the candidates. If you got selected then you will be called for the offer discussion. If you are okay with the offer and benefits then you will get the offer letter officially with the joining date.
