The interview process was quite long, however the recruitment team was great at ensuring it was a smooth and comfortable process. It also gave me the opportunity to really understand the role and ask questions to multiple employees in various roles.
The communication was direct and quick and each interview was between 30-45 minutes.

Mostly scenario based questions, ie. Can you give me an example of a time you were under stress and how did you prioritise? The material the recruitment team provides you with has all the information to prepare.

3-4 rounds of interview, spent a full day in their office and completed an assessment and was not hired for the job. I don't understand why a company sends someone through 4 rounds of interview just to say they went with someone more senior. You knew the experience I had from my resume.

At first I spoke with a Talent Acquisition team member that just asked me pretty basic questions about my background. Then I spoke with the hiring manager interview and was then asked to speak to the director of that team. Each interview as about 45 minutes. Finally I had two "project" interviews. One was with a peer and the other was a group of managers in a mock role play scenario.
