There is nothing more disrespectful than a recruiter that ghosts you while you are in the middle of an interview process. Under no circumstance should it be acceptable to send a candidate a generic rejection email after you have had multiple interviews and conversations with a candidate - because trust me, we will tell everyone we know about our bad interview experience with your company as a result. Personally, I feel like Recruiters should know better. It should be unacceptable for a recruiter to ghost you just because they feel uncomfortable delivering negative feedback to a candidate. Please treat us with more respect.
