First round with HR (behavioral and admin), two second rounds with team leads including on-the-spot case studies with no prep time. Didn't hear back for two months after despite multiple follow-ups.

We are considering launching a new product, what considerations would you look into? How would you construct a cost-benefit analysis? Given certain details (airplane capacity, average ticket/package value, etc.) - would it be more profitable to launch a passenger or cargo airline?
