Two Sigma Quantitative Researcher (Intern) interview questions

First 3 hour OA with 1 coding question (LC medium-hard) + 2 regression problems (run regressions on dataset in hackerrank, you can use a library like scikit learn). Then first round interview on modeling (brainstorming features to predict xyz), then 2 coding rounds, 1 statistics round, 2 hiring managers round (where you need to click with at least one of them), 30 minute talk to senior QR (usually supposed to be behavioral but mine was purely technical), 2 recruiter behavioral rounds (30 mins + 1 hr), 2-3 reference checks, and finally an offer.

1. Three-hour HackerRank with an algorithm-writing problem and a data science problem 2. Three video interviews with quant researchers on data analysis, coding/algorithms, and core statistics 3. Interviews with hiring managers, questions are technical and team-specific, but also looking for culture fit
