How do you predict the number of available bikes in a citibike station? First construct features and then use machine learning models, and use data wrangling. Will data duplication case a problem?

There was an online coding interview, which asked a few questions. They Used Hacker Rank and it was mostly sorting lists and indexes, not super hard but the trick is to write efficient code. You can take it in any language, I choose Python.
