It was a series of interviews broken up over a few days. Each interview was with a different person from a different team in HR. It was very smooth and simple as well as insightful to be able to hear different backstories as well as responsibilities across HR.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a negative interaction with a coworker.
My interview process was relatively straightforward with an initial screening call and two more in-depth rounds. Although I ultimately did not receive an offer, I was really impressed with the candidate experience; if the candidate experience at all reflects the employee experience, I would gladly interview for another role.

Interview
I got a phone screening right after I applied online. I prepared carefully but the representative wouldn't let me finish my sentences and couldn't wait to ask the next question. They asked quite common questions but just didn't listen to my answers. Sounds like they got to finish this quickly and rushing to something else. I got a rejection the same day.
The person also wasn't professional in email communications. Bad experience. I could feel the poor management at least in this department.
