I received a phone call to schedule an in-person interview. I was interviewed by one man that was then my boss. He asked about five questions pertaining to how I manage my time, why I'm interested, an engineering project I've worked on, etc.

Relaxed, brief, gauging of your overall persona as well as you engineering/ business aptitude. A one on one interaction with a city engineer. Basic information was relayed and questions were asked.
