Tyler Technologies Implementation Consultant interview questions

Overall process took 4 weeks from start to offer. Had 2 interviews and waited a week for the offer. Most questions about situations with people and how you have reacted in the past. A lot of questions are not so much about software or knowledge but how you are with people. Also how you react in many very challenging situations. Very unique questions I have not had before.

I was referred by a current employee so I was contacted pretty quickly for phone interview. I was then interviewed by phone by regional manager. The final interview was with Hr and an offer about a week later.
