Tyler Technologies Software Engineer interview questions

They contacted me from my resume on Monster and scheduled an in-person interview. Four people interviewed me, separately. One was an HR person and the other 3 were technical. There were a few technical questions, but mostly we talked about my past experience. Each one of them told me about their experience and how long they had been with the company. The HR person called me within a few days with an offer.

Applied to the job online and within one week got a standard e-mail asking me to participate in a 4 hour coding challenge. No comment on anything about what Tyler had to offer, what the pay rate was, or what life was like at Tyler. Simply put, they wanted me to invest my time into something that was potentially going to be a bust without so much as a cursory phone screen. I replied back to the email asking for at least a brief phone screen to determine if Tyler was going to be a good fit for me, before investing my time into their test. 3 - 4 weeks later, I got an email reply from a different representative asking what my questions were and apologizing for the delay. I promptly replied back with my phone number and my questions. 3 - 4 weeks later I am still waiting for a reply. If they run their HR department like they run their software department, I have absolutely no interest in their company. For giggles, I did complete their "test" as described on this site in about 2 hours during some down time. Unfortunately, seeing how they treat potential hires, I lost interest in pursuing this any further.
