met with three members of upper management, had a panel interview, had a 30/60/90 day plan ready. They had me go over many strengths and weaknesses, past employment with company, skills test, sales and underwriting knowledge, industry questions as well
Making sure I understood daily functions/pay. Makeup of team/volunteering. I was very impressed at the sound of great work environment. It was laid back. I also can tell there is a lot of room for growth.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank
Interview
One informal interview with manager was more conversational than interrogative. This was followed by a phone interview done by Gallup, which was an hour long interview with rapid-fire questions designed to ascertain interviewees' ability to think on their feet and follow instructions. This was followed by a formal interview with regional manager, immediately followed by offer.

Question 1
No unexpected questions. Lots of situational "tell me about a time when...". No curveballs.
