1) a 15min. interview over the phone -generic behavioral questions+ what salary are you expecting.
2) 30-60min. interview with branch manager- more behavioral questions+ what do you know about the company
3) interview at the main bank with head manager

what is one customer experience that you provided that you are not proud of?
it was fine, not much was asked i feel like it was pretty easy . it was a group interview , and i moved to the final round the final round wasn’t an interview just a conversation between me and a senior manger
Received an email. Set up the date. Initially they are getting to know you and your experience. Looking for customer services skills. It was not hard. They also asked me about how we can respect customers. And diversity
