Name a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer and how you handled it, a time when you had to pay attention to detail, how would you deal with a coworker that you didn't like, etc.

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
