Interview
Sat with Manager and Assistant Manager at the same time and was asked a series of questions. They played good cop bad cop trying to see if they get a feel for how you really are and if you get nervous in situations were two different types of people are talking to you.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
