We had lunch. It was mostly the Branch Manager talking. I asked why I should be a banker and he said that I have the personality that can connect with any person in any situation. He said that is a skill you cannot teach.

Tell me about an ethical situation that you experienced and if you were told to do something you didn't feel comfortable.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
