      Customer Service Fraud Liaison Specialist Interview

      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at U.S. Bank in Jan 2023

      Interview

      After applying I received an interview with a recruiter. Recruiter then moved me on to next stage which was interview with a Manager. Scheduled interview very quickly initially recruiter asked for next day interview. I interviewed with Manager, it was a great interview. Almost one hour long but very detailed info about the company and role. I heard back within 3 hours of the interview with an offer. Unfortunately it was the lowest starting point for the salary range on the post for the position. I felt that my skills and experience were worth a little more than the bottom dollar. So I declined the offer. I did ask the recruiter if there was any room for a counter offer and she said no. I have a few other interviews lined up, so I did not want to settle. Disappointed for sure to be offer the starting range when a range of almost $5 more is posted on the listing.
