The standard questions, nothing out of the ordinary. However make it very clear what type of sales experience it is that you have. The sales that they require take more than what an average retail individual will have (one to two yrs). More than two years should be a satisfactory level. After meeting with two management figures I was offered the job in one week. After receiving the offer it did take some time for my start date assignment,

How comfortable are you with making a sales pitch?
First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Why should we pick you over other candidates that are applying?
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
