Ghosted after interview despite being told they would reach out to me within two weeks. When I checked on the website it said their decision was pending for two months after the interview

Their interviews are very straightforward. Typically a two to three round process. First with your recruiter, Then one with someone from the department. Lastly, someone or a group of people within the department. Questions are straightforward. Was able to hear back with their decision right away.

Good, overall very simple, screening then video interview with an actual representative, took a while to hear back though. It was straightforward on questions, nothing too technical other than a bit about the market and how interest rates are.
