Interview
Multiple interviews. You interviewed managers and team members. You meet with HR, and then you meet with a manager, and then you meet with a team member, and after all of that, you wait a week or more to get a job offer.
There were three interviews. First one was a phone call with HR. Second was with the hiring manager. Third one was with a second manager. Took awhile to hear anything back after all the interviews.

Interview
Felt comfortable during the interview process. HR did a great job of communicating with me along the way and the hiring manager provided detailed information around the position applied for. US Bank seems like a great place to work and I plan to continue looking for new opportunities there.

Describe your process to collect business requirements.
There will be a phone interview first. When you pass the phone interview there will be 2-3 rounds of interviews with managers and team leaders. Each interview is about 30 mins.
