I applied online. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Warsaw, Masovia) in Feb 2026
Interview
I applied online and got invited to an HR call the next week. The HR interview was super friendly and professional, and the whole process was very well automated — no endless emails, just pick a time and done. After the HR call, they came back and suggested a different position that the hiring manager felt was a better fit, so I agreed to interview for that role.
The interview itself felt more like a great conversation than an interview. The interviewer was very positive, asked thoughtful questions, and never tried to stress me out. It was scheduled for 45 minutes, but we finished everything in about 25 minutes — questions, discussion, and my own questions. About a week later, I received the offer and accepted it. Overall, a really smooth and positive experience.
