3. In your opinion, what is the biggest operational risk in the banking industry? Why? How can we manage this risk?
4. Tell me about a situation when your client was not happy with the product or service you provided. What did you do about it?
5. Describe a time when you have improved a process. What did you improve, how did you improve it and how did you measure success?
6. What is your biggest failure and how did you react? Would you change your reaction with hindsight?
7. What is your biggest achievement? Describe how you got there, and how you measure your success.
