Interview
It was a telephone interview by a CCS employee. After the background check, I was asked to answer some routine competency-based questions. And I was asked how I would invest $1m
8 questions in total, 2 min each. I have two technical questions, one about Markets, one about the recent deal. Others are all behavioural questions. Make sure you've done enough preparations.

Interview
Loved the interview. Not technical at all for me, they seemed really want to know their candidate on a personal level than anything else. Very nice and approachable people, and the team of candidate I was with were simply amazing - fun, smart, prepared and professional. Got the offer 1.5hr after the assessment centre - super efficient.
