I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Mainly asking questions about M&A news and your opinions on how recent developments in politics and current affairs will affect the industry going forwards. Few motivational questions also alongside standard competency questions. Only a short interview so limited time to get your key points across. No script for interviewer unlike some interviews, deviated off topic to follow your answers and probe into them more.
