Online / offline MCQ followed by a Interview. The interview management is very bad, I was among the first few candidates to arrive on time, but I still have to sit there for 4 hours for the interview to even begin. The HR moved me to another section, and moved me back again. Although they took care of lunch for the candidates [they ordered some pizza] which was good, they were not able to manage the number of candidates properly. Apart from a few generalized questions, The interviewer seemed to focus on a few specific tricky java questions that he knew, and was resilient to provide clarifications. He also asked me with 2 aptitude questions, of which I was able to answer one. I felt like he just grabbed a example online and asked it without proper analysis of his own.

Vernünftige Gespräche mit der Linie, wie man es erwartet und entsprechend der Seniorität. Sehr offen und angenehm. Sehr schneller Prozess - Linie agierte sehr agil (10 Tage von Kontaktaufnahme bis zweites Interview).
