I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at UBS in Dec 2014
Interview
There was a campus visit/interview, then I applied online. A few weeks later, I got emailed for a short phone interview with two junior analysts, very casual. They mostly just asked about your resume and a few brainteasers. A week later, I got emailed about the Superday. The Superday consisted of three back-to-back 30 minute interviews (2 fit, 1 technical). The two fit interviews were by the MD and AD. The technical interview was two junior analysts.

$10 in depreciation - what happens to the three financial statements.
The process consisted of a Hirevue type interview, then superday with mix of standard technicals with more senior members of the team, had to discuss company / news I found interesting

Question 1
Standard technical questions, behavioral with more senior bankers
Applied and got an email for a HireVue. They gave 7 days to complete it. It was very straightforward and easy. Just like other HireVues and not too many questions. Not the hardest questions in the world but not the easiest. Just an average experience.

Interview
Standard technical questions, tell me about yourself, where you see yourself in 5 years, pitch a stock, walk through a deal you’ve done, time to ask them questions. Some of the ppl can obviously look checked out so don’t take it personally.
