Interview
The interview was very personal. As all interview goes, the questions depend largely on the personality of the interviewer and what they are looking for. Don't hesitate to ask questions and know exactly why you want to go into this field before going for the interview.
Hatte ein HireVue interview. Dabei gibt es 7 Fragen für die man sich jeweils 2 Minuten vorbereiten kann und dann 2 Minuten zum beantworten. Habe dies bekommen nachdem ich mein CV und Motivationsschreiben eingereicht habe.
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
