I had in total three interviews and the order was a bit strange. First, with 1.5 days notice they asked me to attend an in-person interview with the hiring director and an executive director. This round was about understanding what I currently do, why I want to work for UBS, and also included a design portfolio review. Everyone was very kind and we had a great conversation. Despite the initial rush, they contacted me 2-3 weeks later and asked me to talk with a Product Owner about how I approach a project and how I think AI will affect UX. I again had to wait 2-3 weeks when I had a call with HR. I assumed this will be about discussing my offer but the HR representative again asked me the same questions I already answered in the 1st round. After this, I had to wait another 2 weeks when they finally told me I didn't get the job. Overall, at the beginning, I had a very positive experience, but with the unorganised interview rounds and the unreasonable amount of waiting it was a negative experience. Also, HR asked me to send in writing my salaries and bonuses for the past 3 years. I found this request truly unprofessional, given they did not share any details about the available salary range throughout the entire process.
