I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UBS (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
quite a short interview process relative to other banks, went from first round straight to in-person final round of 3 interviews. Overall pretty light technicals questions and standard behavioral stuff
Went very smoothly. Gave me a case and walked through some technicals. The case was rather long but gave plenty of time to prepare. There are many interesting behaviorals as well.

I applied online. I interviewed at UBS (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The whole process is pretty standard. You have to do a test on your personality so that they can see your fit to UBS culture. Then move on to first round of interview which did take a pretty long time.
Interview process was quite disappointing. The atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming, and some interviewers came across as disengaged. Communication was not very clear, and the overall experience did not reflect a positive or supportive company culture.
