It was very strict in terms of what answers they were expecting. They want detail and in-depth answers. I feel like the more prep you do for this, the better, and look into areas that you won't expect to come up.

Nice and short recruitment process, short chat with line manager and second one after that with the director, they didn’t constantly ask questions, more like a conversation style interview. Overall the receuitment took about two weeks.
